2. Made-to-Order & Bespoke Products

  • All products are made to order. Material orders and production begins shortly after purchase, making cancellations or alterations impossible.

  • As each item is handmade, slight variations in finish, material, or appearance may occur. These are not considered defects and do not qualify for refunds or returns.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring accuracy of order details before confirming purchase.


3. Delivery, Risk & Responsibility

  • All items are carefully inspected before dispatch.

  • Risk passes to the customer upon delivery. We are not responsible for damage caused by mishandling, misuse, or improper installation after delivery.

  • Delivery dates provided are estimates only; delays caused by third parties (couriers, supply chains) are outside our control and do not entitle customers to cancel or claim compensation.


4. Limited Exceptions

Exceptions will only be considered under the following circumstances:

  1. Damaged on Arrival – If your order arrives defective or damaged, you must notify us in writing within 24 hours of receipt, with clear photographic evidence.

  2. Incorrect Order Supplied – If we deliver the wrong product compared to your confirmed order.

  3. Non-Conforming Service – If a service delivered is materially different from the written agreement.

If approved, we may issue a replacement or repair at our sole discretion. Refunds will not be offered.


5. Intellectual Property Ownership

All intellectual property associated with M.A.C. Lofts is protected by UK and international law. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Products, designs, specifications, and 3D models / files

  • Logos, trade names, and branding

  • Photographs, videos, and marketing materials

  • Website content, text, and graphics

  • Packaging, labels, and documentation

Customers acquire no rights to our intellectual property by purchasing our products.


6. Prohibited Uses & Restrictions

You may not, under any circumstances:

  • Copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from our designs

  • Reverse-engineer, scan, or replicate our products or 3D models

  • Resell our products under another brand without written consent

  • Use our branding, imagery, or content for personal or commercial gain

  • Register or attempt to register trademarks, designs, or patents similar to ours

Violation of these terms constitutes infringement and will trigger legal enforcement.


7. Enforcement & Legal Action

M.A.C. Lofts enforces its rights vigorously. If infringement or misuse is detected, we may pursue:

  • Immediate cease and desist orders

  • Injunctions to stop sales, production, or distribution

  • Seizure of counterfeit goods

  • Financial damages including lost profits and reputational harm

  • Recovery of all legal fees and enforcement costs

We actively monitor the marketplace (including online platforms, events, and social media) for infringement and will act swiftly against violators.


8. Right to Refuse or Terminate Service

M.A.C. Lofts reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or block transactions where:

  • Fraudulent, suspicious, or abusive activity is suspected

  • Intellectual property risks are identified

  • Customers engage in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward staff or representatives


9. Limitation of Liability

  • Products are sold “as described.” No warranties, express or implied, are given beyond what is legally required.

  • M.A.C. Lofts shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost profits, arising from product use or misuse.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring products are suitable for their intended use.


10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • This policy shall be governed by the laws of Scotland, United Kingdom.

  • Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the Scottish courts.


11. Policy Updates

We may revise this policy at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Continued use of our website or purchase of products after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

  • Accept all terms regarding refunds, returns, intellectual property, and liability

Cancellation

After you unsubscribe, we will send you a message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed and no more messages will be sent. If you would like to receive messages from M.A.C. Lofts Pigeon Products again, just sign up as you did the first time and M.A.C. Lofts Pigeon Products will start sending messages to you again.
