Build a clear starting estimate for a professionally manufactured pigeon loft project. Select your intended use, measurements, front style, sections, corridor, roof, door requirements and delivery distance. Final quotations are confirmed personally before manufacture.

1. Loft Type

This helps assess the most suitable layout, access arrangement, airflow, corridor use, front style and future internal fittings.

2. Loft Size

Enter the full frontage length first. Bespoke sizes are allowed and estimated against the next suitable standard size. Build sizing uses John’s basis of 1ft = 300mm.
Enter the required depth second. Bespoke depths are estimated against the next suitable standard depth.

3. Loft Configuration

Loft front style / trapping options
Choose how the box aviary should be specified. Box aviary pricing applies once only.
Wall finish / side wings
Flush finish means the loft front remains flush and does not extend past the front face of the loft.
Cladding Type
Cladding thickness is used when estimating approximate internal section sizes.
Sections
Section calculation currently using: Cladding Type A — 15mm thickness.

Corridor
Corridor availability depends on the selected loft depth.

Human access into the loft is always required. Door quantity and final placement will be confirmed before manufacture.

7. Internal Doors

Internal doors are fitted directly behind the external access doors to provide a second point of control, airflow management and security. Choose either mesh or dowelled; only one internal door style can be selected.

8. Base Fitting

Base suitability depends on ground conditions, access and final site layout.

9. Delivery & Installation

Delivery is quoted from TD14 5JS and charged at £2.50 per mile, one way. Use the route helper below to check the approximate driving mileage, then enter the one-way mileage into the box.
