Before our Black Friday sale begins, please read the following very carefully. These points apply to ALL customers — new and returning.

 

ALL WOODEN PRODUCTS ARE MADE TO ORDER.

• All wooden items are made to order.

• Current lead times begin from Mid January onwards. 

• ❌❌❌THERE WILL LIKELY BE NO PRE-CHRISTMAS DELIVERY ON ANY WOODEN PRODUCTS.❌❌❌

If this timeframe doesn’t suit you, please do not order.

 

PLASTIC PRODUCTS – FASTER DISPATCH

• Plastic orders will leave sooner - If ordered seperately.

• There is currently no lead time on plastics.

• Lead times may develop during or after the sale if demand spikes.

• Please order plastics separately — these will be dispatched ASAP.

 


EARLY ACCESS DETAILS

 

Customers who have signed up will receive first access.

Your early-access information will be sent:

You will receive TWO separate discount codes:

 

  • One for Plastics

  • One for Wooden Products

These codes must be used separately, and if buying from both categories you must place two separate orders.

 

DISCOUNT CODE WINDOW

V.I.P. Codes are active from:

APPROX. 8:30AM Saturday → 8:30AM Monday

 

After this, the website will go temporarily offline while discounts are applied directly to the individual products. The codes will be therefor invalid. 

The site will then reopen for general public access. This will then end Friday 11:59pm.

 

SHIPPING INFORMATION

 

Shipping costs vary depending on:

• Your geographical location

• Your order size, the items ordered and the quantities of them. 

• Final parcel weight

 

In some cases, the final shipping cost cannot be confirmed until your items are made.

• Misuse or fraudulent use of discount codes

If we judge you have misused or attempted to fraudulently use a code,

your order will be cancelled and you will be permanently barred from ordering again.

 

• No cancellations / No refunds

As everything is made to order, and as outlined in our Terms & Conditions,

there are no cancellations and no refunds under any circumstances.

 

• Correspondence Time

During the Black Friday period, please allow up to 3 days for responses to messages or emails.
